Description
The Ergo Acryl instrument is a double-ended modelling tool for dental technicians working with acrylic facings. Each instrument holds a flexible blade tip that attaches to the handle by a threaded connection, allowing quick, tool-free replacement when the blade wears down.
Key Features
Double-ended design, giving two working ends per instrument
Flexible blade tips, 0.2 mm thick, for controlled application of acrylic
Blades secured by a threaded connection and exchangeable as required
Suitable for modelling modern facing acrylics used in crown and bridge work
Available Variants
This range is supplied as Instrument No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3, each fitted with a differently shaped flexible blade tip (A, B, and C respectively). Replacement blade tips A, B, and C are also available separately, so the instrument handle does not need to be replaced when a blade wears out.
