Description

Freeprint Tray (405nm) is a light-curing, biocompatible 3D printing resin designed for the generative fabrication of individual impression trays, functional impression trays, and base plates. Compatible with DLP printers at a 405nm wavelength, and classified as a Class I medical device, Freeprint Tray offers a reliable, safe solution for digital tray fabrication workflows.

This resin delivers very high dimensional stability and torsional resistance, with no mechanical reworking of the surface required after printing. It is suitable for use with all tray adhesives and impression materials, and is MMA-free with a neutral smell and taste, ensuring comfortable handling throughout the process.

Non-polymerised residues are removed using a two-stage process with isopropanol in an ultrasonic cleaning device, with post-curing recommended using light polymerisation units featuring LED lights or xenon flash light under an inert gas atmosphere.
