Accufab-L4D/K by Shining 3D is a high-fidelity LCD 3D printer purpose-built for digital dentistry, bridging the entire workflow from intraoral scanning to rapid 3D printing. Designed to connect seamlessly within Shining 3D’s ecosystem, it integrates with Aoralscan intraoral scanners, AccuDesign lifetime free model creator software, and Dental Cloud for convenient data transfer between clinics and dental labs.

The L4K model offers variable print size (70x70mm and 192x120mm) with 4K resolution, satisfying both efficiency and detail requirements. Its small resin tank, built with innovative film technology and a ceramic platform, delivers unparalleled printing accuracy and stability, eliminating residues and outliers. The compact tank offers an impressive lifetime of up to 120,000 layers, with a tailored size range of 200–350ml, ideal for producing small, high-value resin prints chairside.

The small ceramic platform enhances biocompatibility, providing robust support for Class II and higher-grade resins. Ideal for crown, bridge, and full arch printing, it can print up to 16 posterior crowns or 2 full arches per session, meeting daily clinical demands. Its smooth surface prevents residue build-up for hassle-free cleaning, while offering superior durability with a lifespan of over 2 years compared to aluminium platforms.

Reliable performance is supported by industrial-grade optical components, with 5 million layers tested under real dental clinic conditions. A District Cooling System (DCS) maintains working screen temperature under 40°C, extending printer lifespan. Precision is exceptional, with over 96% of surface points fitting within ±0.1mm and luminance uniformity of up to 90%.

Compatible with multiple material options — including Shining Dent’s dedicated range and certified third-party materials — the Accufab-L4K offers flexibility for a variety of dental applications. Professional slicing software is built into AccuWare, including SHINING Design Modules (CreSplint, CreIBT, AccuDesign, CreTemp), Magic Click for intelligent one-click printing across applications, and built-in Dental Cloud access for remote printer monitoring and control. Advanced printing software features simple QR code activation, automated levelling guidance, and light uniformity and power meter adjustment for consistent long-term accuracy.
