Description

Freeprint Denture is a light-curing, biocompatible 3D printing resin designed for the generative fabrication of removable denture bases. Compatible with DLP printers at a 385nm wavelength, it has been validated with the Vita Vionic Vigo System and works seamlessly with pre-fabricated, printed (Freeprint Crown), or milled teeth. Free of MMA and THF-MA, and classified as a Class IIa medical device, Freeprint Denture offers a safe, reliable solution for modern digital denture workflows.

This resin delivers high flexural and fracture strength without becoming brittle, and its torsion-resistant denture base withstands high loads in the oral environment. With very low shrinkage compared to PMMA materials, it ensures a high precision fit and excellent wearing comfort for patients. Natural aesthetics and slight transparency support harmonious blending with natural gingival colouring, while an excellent, easy-to-polish surface quality rounds out the finish. Freeprint Denture also offers long-term colour stability and high oral stability, with no residual monomer — making it MMA-free, odourless, and tasteless.
