Vacuum Former Ministar S Accessories by Scheu are a range of practical add-ons designed to enhance the performance and versatility of Ministar S and Biostar vacuum forming units. From embedding pellets to platform extensions and heating support arms, this accessory range supports dental laboratories in achieving precise, efficient results across a variety of thermoforming applications.

The Stainless Steel Pellets are highly polished through galvanic treatment and used for embedding models in pressure moulding machines. Their cylindrical shape ensures models are securely positioned and cannot be pressed into the pellets during processing.

The Pellet Cover is used to cover stainless steel pellets while pressurising splints, preventing pellets from adhering to the heated soft material. This reusable cover offers a practical, cost-effective solution for repeated use.

The Pellet Brush features an integrated magnet, enabling quick and easy removal of pellets, as well as lifting the model platform from the model cup — streamlining workflow between cycles.

The Model Platform, with an 85mm diameter, provides increased surface area for dental arch models made of resin and hard plaster, preventing the model from being pressed into the stainless steel pellets during forming.

The Heating Support Arm attaches directly to the heater when fabricating positioners and mouth guards, providing the optimum distance between model and heater when heating occlusal surfaces and compounding upper and lower splints. Compatible with Biostar and Ministar S units, it measures 190 x 160 x 70 mm (W x H x D).
