The can should be shaken thoroughly for approximately one minute until the internal mixing bead is clearly audible. For best results, hold the can upright and apply a thin, even layer from a distance of about 15 cm using short bursts of approximately one second each. This controlled application prevents excessive buildup while ensuring consistent surface coverage.
After spraying, allow a few seconds for the coating to dry and transform into a matte finish before proceeding with scanning. The fine layer reduces reflections and improves the scanner’s ability to capture detailed surface geometry. Once the scanning process is complete, the coating can be easily removed with water or steam, leaving the underlying model unaffected.
