Description

Erkoloc Pro Square by Erkodent is a hard/soft sandwich thermoforming material designed for comfortable bite splints, as well as miniplast and bruxism splints. The hard layer is made from polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) and can be built up with self-curing resin, while the soft layer is made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), combining durability with comfortable, cushioned wear.

The foils are packed in airtight aluminium pouches, meaning pre-drying is not necessary despite the material’s hygroscopic properties — saving valuable preparation time in the dental laboratory. Supplied with separating foil, in clear transparent/blue, 125 x 125mm sheets, 10 pieces per pack, Erkoloc Pro Square offers dental practitioners and laboratories a reliable, ready-to-use material for comfortable, hard/soft splint fabrication.
