Erkodur Square by Erkodent is a versatile clear thermoforming material suited to a wide range of dental laboratory applications, including occlusal splints, bruxism splints, orthodontic stabilization splints, miniplast splints, dressing plates, and clear moulded appliances. Made from PETG copolyester with a polyethylene insulating foil, Erkodur is harmless to health and listed by the BgVV (Federal Health Office) as a thermoplastic with tested biocompatibility. It is insoluble in water, chemically inactive, and harmless to ground water, ensuring safe, reliable use in dental practice.

Very tough and hard, Erkodur is also very well thermoformable, making it easy to shape while maintaining durability. It burns without residue and bonds reliably to acrylics, offering dental technicians a dependable, versatile material for a wide range of splint and appliance fabrication needs.
