INTERDENT Die Spacer is a spacing varnish formulated for use on individual stone dies in crown and bridge dental laboratory work. It forms a hard, mechanically resistant coating that dries rapidly and remains resistant to insulating and separating agents used during die preparation.
The varnish is available in colour-coded options so technicians can select the appropriate film thickness for each case:
Gold, 16 ml, 13–16 micron per layer
Red, 16 ml, 10–13 micron per layer
Silver, 16 ml, 13–16 micron per layer
Silver, 20 ml, 8–10 micron per layer
Thinners, 20 ml, for adjusting varnish consistency
Because layer thickness varies by product type, technicians can build up the spacing required for each individual die. INTERDENT Die Spacer is part of DDL Dental’s range of crown and bridge laboratory consumables.
