No special post-processing steps are required — simply 3D print parts using Asiga’s UltraGLOSS material trays, then wash and cure as normal following the material manufacturer’s guidelines. The result is a pre-polished finish direct from the 3D printer.

Compatible with a range of clear materials, UltraGLOSS is ideal for the manufacture of dental occlusal splints, clear earmoulds and earshells, lenses, and visors — offering a genuinely new era in splint production, with reduced finishing time and improved surface quality straight off the printer.
