The Bioart A7+ Articulator was developed based on research from leading national and international dental schools, incorporating the essential features required by opinion leaders to ensure speed and high quality in occlusal, rehabilitation, aesthetic, and functional dental work. Its innovative design offers wide visibility of plaster casts from all angles, adapting easily to different working positions, including a 45° inclination.

The A7 model allows 180° opening between the frames without separating them, streamlining workflow during model work. A magnetic mounting plate fixation system eliminates the need for screws, making the mounting process faster and more practical for dental technicians.

The articulator is compatible with two face-bow options: the Standard Model and the Elite Model. Patient registration is performed by setting the complete face-bow in the upper frame of the articulator. The Elite Face-Bow features an articulated fixation system for the fork, enabling a faster registration process for the professional and a more comfortable experience for the patient. It also includes a jig transfer assembly, eliminating the need for the face-bow during the cast-mounting process — making assembly faster, more practical, and more stable. The Elite Face-Bow’s Nasion Relator, with adjustable height and an infra-orbital indicator, further improves the precision of the registration process. A sliding system allows smooth lateral movement (opening/closing), facilitating overall use, while the anatomical, removable ear pieces can be chemically sterilized for hygienic, repeated use.
