Keyguard is a 3D printed custom-fit sports mouthguard resin, offering dental clinics and laboratories a superior value proposition compared to traditional custom-fit thermoformed mouthguards. Created using advanced digital 3D scanning and printing technologies, Keyguard delivers the most personalized customization of any mouthguard available, ensuring a precise, optimal fit that enhances comfort and performance for each individual athlete.

Keyguard provides protection only where needed, thanks to complete design freedom enabled by the 3D printing process. The manufacturing process is streamlined and efficient — by eliminating manual molding and thermoforming, dental clinics and labs can save considerable labour costs, with no need for physical moulds, reducing storage requirements and consumables.

Constructed using a proprietary formulation, Keyguard offers superior strength and durability, ensuring longevity and resilience even during intense sports activities for long-lasting athlete protection. The KeyPrint 3D process also minimizes material waste and energy consumption compared to traditional manufacturing methods, offering a more sustainable approach for dental clinics and labs. Compatible with both 385nm and 405nm DLP printers, Keyguard is available in White and Black shades, supplied in a 1kg pack.
