SIMPLEX by Renfert is a dental 3D filament printer designed to cover the entire range of orthodontic model fabrication. With slicer software specially developed for the dental sector, SIMPLEX allows technicians to print models easily and reliably via a “Plug and Print” concept, using filaments that pose no risk to health.

Featuring high dimensional accuracy, SIMPLEX ensures consistent, reproducible results, with 3D models requiring no post-processing. Level resolution up to 50 microns delivers precise, detailed prints, while a low noise level of ≤49 dB ensures pleasant, comfortable working conditions in the laboratory.

The complete SIMPLEX system includes the SIMPLEX 3D filament printer, SIMPLEX sliceware, SIMPLEX print, SIMPLEX study model filament, and the Renfert CONNECT app. Process reliability is supported by a filament monitoring system with automated troubleshooting, alongside intuitive touchscreen navigation for straightforward daily use. Safety features include a closed building chamber, lockable Plexiglas door with lock and key, and a removable cover, while a heatable print bed ensures optimal adhesion and simple cleaning. A removable print platform further simplifies handling.

With built-in Wi-Fi (currently available in the EU and USA) for convenient print control, SIMPLEX offers dental laboratories a modern, connected 3D printing solution.
