Description
Dental Model Resin — Light-Curing 3D Printing Material
A professional dental 3D printing resin (light-curing photopolymer), developed for the additive (generative) fabrication of dental master and working models in the dental laboratory and orthodontic workflow.
Processing:
After printing, non-polymerised resin residues are removed in a two-stage cleaning process using isopropanol in an ultrasonic cleaning unit. For post-curing, light-curing units with LED or xenon flash lamps are recommended, ideally operated under an inert gas atmosphere to achieve optimal surface hardness.
Advantages for dental model production:
- Precise reproduction of fine anatomical and preparation details (e.g., margins, occlusal surfaces, contact points);
- Maximum surface hardness and high shape stability — models retain accuracy through repeated handling, articulation, and lab procedures;
- Construction precision, tactile feel, and dimensional stability tailored to the demanding requirements of dental model fabrication;
- Opaque shade options for clear optical detection of surface structures and contours during clinical and laboratory inspection.
Physical properties:
- Flexural strength: > 70 MPa
- Modulus of elasticity: > 1500 MPa
- Final hardness: > 80 Shore D
Compatibility: For DLP 3D printers with a 405 nm light source.
Available shades: Sand, Ivory, Gray
