Description

Freeprint Model T is a light-curing, temperature-resistant 3D printing resin designed for the generative fabrication of models used in the deep drawing technique. Available for both 385nm and 405nm DLP printers, it delivers accurate reproduction of fine details, along with high surface hardness and edge stability for durable, precise models. Building precision, haptic feel, and stability meet the highest requirements for model production, while its distinct self-stability enables the creation of hollow master models.

Non-polymerised residues are removed using a two-stage process with isopropanol in an ultrasonic cleaning device, with post-curing recommended using light polymerisation units featuring LED lights or xenon flash light under an inert gas atmosphere.

Physical data: Bending strength >80 MPa; modulus of elasticity >1700 MPa; final hardness >83 Shore D; working temperature for thermoforming foils ≤195°C.

Supplied in light blue, 1000g, available in both 385nm and 405nm printer-compatible formulations.
