Vita VM13 Opaque Paste is a foundational masking material within the Vita VM13 system, designed for application directly onto the metal framework to block out its colour before subsequent dentine and enamel layers are built up. Supplied in a ready-to-use paste form, it offers dental laboratories convenient, efficient handling compared to traditional powder mixing, while maintaining the reliability and high-fusing performance associated with the VM13 ceramic range for conventional CTE bonding alloys (approximately 13.8–15.2 x 10⁻⁶K⁻¹).
