Imprimo Model Separator by Scheu is a water-based, blue-transparent gel designed for isolating 3D printed models during the manufacture of removable orthodontic appliances. It ensures optimal insulating effect when used with Imprimo LC printing resins and Steady-Resin autopolymers, supporting clean, reliable results in digital orthodontic workflows.

For best results, apply the gel thinly with a brush and allow it to dry thoroughly before use. Please note that Imprimo Model Separator is not suitable for 3D models produced using a filament printer. Available as a convenient 100ml pump bottle including brush, or as a 500ml refill bottle for high-volume use. An STL data set for 3D printing the pump bottle and brush stand is also available for download, adding further practicality for dental laboratories using the Imprimo system.
