Description

SureFit Die Spacer is a fast-drying lacquer designed for dental laboratories preparing dies for crown and bridge restorations. Applied to the die before fabrication, it forms an even spacer layer that allows room for cement, supporting technicians in achieving a consistent, well-fitting restoration. The lacquer offers smooth flow for precise application and sets to a hard, dense film within approximately 15 seconds.
In crown and bridge fabrication, a controlled spacer layer on the working die is intended to help compensate for the cement gap between the restoration and the prepared tooth, supporting more predictable seating during try-in and cementation.

To use, apply an even coat to the areas of the die requiring clearance and allow each layer to dry before adding further coats if needed. SureFit Thinners can be used to adjust consistency or assist with clean-up.
