ACRON is a flexible denture material designed for denture plates, developed by ROKO in collaboration with polymer chemistry researchers.

ACRON was developed following five years of research and two years of laboratory testing. It combines the stiffness and aesthetic qualities of acrylic with the flexibility associated with polyamide materials.

TECHNOLOGY

BEAUTY AND AESTHETICS

Tooth- and gum-coloured clasps are designed to blend in with the surrounding dentition, helping to reduce the visibility of the denture’s retentive elements.

IDEAL MATCHING

ACRON’s crystalline structure is designed to minimise polymerisation stress, supporting a stable fit of the denture plate and helping to reduce irritation to the surrounding soft tissue.

EXTREME DURABILITY

The hybrid structure of ACRON combines stiffness and flexibility in a single material. It is designed to meet biofunctional requirements, and its high durability is intended to help reduce the risk of the denture cracking.

MINIMUM ABSORPTION

Testing conducted by an accredited laboratory reported that ACRON’s water absorption is approximately 50% lower than that of traditional acrylic.

MONOMER FREE

ACRON’s crystalline purity supports its biocompatibility. It does not contain monomer or other identified toxic substances, and this has been assessed through certification from Poland’s National Medicines Institute (Narodowy Instytut Leków).

MANUFACTURED IN EUROPE

ACRON is manufactured in Poland by ROKO. Production is controlled under ISO 20795-1:2009 (denture base polymers) and ISO 13485:2003 (medical device quality management) systems.
