A regulated vacuum, adjustable in increments between 70% and 100%, significantly reduces bubbles for cleaner, more consistent results.
With more than 100 custom programmable mixing programs, the Twister Evolution adapts to a wide range of laboratory workflows. Its prespatulation function guarantees consistent results regardless of whether plaster or investment material is used, while also reducing mixing time and preventing inhalation of dangerous dust. The pre-vacuum function extracts undesired reaction gases from investments before the main mixing cycle, while powerful motors maintain a steady mixing speed regardless of material, filling level, or bowl size. Reverse rotation breaks up dry agglomerates for better powder wetting, and the post-vacuum function reduces gas inclusions that would otherwise form on the surface of the mixture — delivering a smooth, professional finish every time.
