Freeprint Cast (405nm) is a light-curing 3D printing resin designed for the generative fabrication of cast objects using precision casting technology. Compatible with DLP printers operating at a 405nm wavelength, this resin burns without residue in the mould, even with voluminous parts, and delivers precise reproduction of the finest surface structures — combined with high speed and precision during construction.

Non-polymerized residues are removed using a two-stage process with isopropanol in an ultrasonic cleaning device, with post-curing recommended using light polymerization units featuring LED lights or xenon flash light under an inert gas atmosphere. Freeprint Cast is designed for use with phosphate-bonded investment materials, making it a reliable, high-precision solution for dental laboratories working with digital casting workflows.
