Description

Freeprint Gingiva is a light-curing 3D printing resin designed for the generative fabrication of flexible gingival masks. Compatible with DLP printers at a 385nm wavelength, it delivers extremely elastic, tear-resistant results that remain dimensionally stable over time, with no shrinkage or ageing — staying ductile even after long storage. Finished gingival masks produced with Freeprint Gingiva are free from unpleasant odours, ensuring a comfortable, natural experience.

Non-polymerized residues are removed using a two-stage process with isopropanol in an ultrasonic cleaning device, with post-curing recommended using light polymerization units featuring LED lights or xenon flash light under an inert gas atmosphere.
