CA‑Pro clear aligner foil is a transparent thermoforming sheet material manufactured by Scheu‑DENTAL for use with the CA system. It is intended for dental practices and dental laboratories that fabricate clear aligners in-house.

This clear aligner foil is supplied as 125mm round sheets and is available in three thicknesses — 0.5mm, 0.625mm, and 0.75mm — so technicians can match the material to each stage of an aligner treatment sequence. Sheets are packed in quantities of 10 or 100, catering to both lower-volume practices and higher-throughput laboratories.

CA-Pro forms part of the broader CA-Foil range and integrates with Scheu’s SMART FLOW digital workflow, supporting a consistent process from digital model to finished aligner. The foil is designed for use with standard thermoforming equipment already found in most orthodontic and dental laboratories.
